Efco round wooden chip box, raw, for painting

Efco round wooden chip box – raw wooden box to decorate and use for gifts

The round chip box from Efco is a wooden box with a raw, untreated surface. You can paint it, decorate it with paper or leave it natural, and use it for gifts, jewellery, craft supplies or small items.

The box comes in several sizes; choose the size from the options. Pick the size according to what it will hold: a small box is enough for rings or sweets, while a larger one suits tea lights or keepsakes.

Decorating the box

Raw wood absorbs paint and glue unevenly. If needed, sand the surface lightly and remove the dust. Apply acrylic paint in thin layers and let each layer dry before applying the next. The paint will then cover evenly and the wood does not get unnecessarily wet. For decoupage or paper decoration, stick the motifs onto the dry painted surface and then seal them with varnish.

Uses

The box works as gift packaging, as a small jewellery box, for sorting craft supplies or for small items around the home.
