Efco green binding wire – thin wire for wreath making and crafts

Efco green binding wire (art. no. 2225067) is a thin wire, 0.35 mm in diameter, for binding wreaths and for DIY projects. A 100 g reel gives you approx. 125 m of wire.

The green colour is less noticeable among twigs, leaves and moss than bare wire. At 0.35 mm thick, the wire can be wound tightly around stems and bases while remaining easy to handle.

Binding a wreath

Place the end of the wire against the base and wind it firmly around once or twice. Then lay a bunch of twigs or flowers on top, wind the wire tightly over them and carry on in the same way, bunch by bunch. Pull the wire evenly, but not too tight, as it will otherwise cut into soft stems. At the end, twist the wire end several times and push it inwards between the twigs.

Choosing the right quantity

The length of approx. 125 m is an approximate figure. For larger wreaths, allow a little extra, as each binding point needs several turns.
