PappArt heart-shaped box, cardboard heart box 16.5 × 14 × 8 cm

PappArt heart box – cardboard blank to cover or paint

The PappArt heart box from EFCO is a heart-shaped blank made of brown cardboard, which you decorate however you like. Cover it or paint it with acrylic paint and turn it into handmade packaging, a place to keep small items or a decorative piece.

With a base of 16.5 × 14 cm and a height of 8 cm, the heart box has room for small gifts, jewellery or sweets that you place inside wrapped. The dimensions help you plan: cut paper and embellishments to fit.

Decorating the heart box

To paint it, apply acrylic paint thinly in several layers and let each layer dry. This stops the cardboard from soaking through and the paint covers evenly. Because the base is brown, light colours cover less well: with a white base coat they look much brighter. For covering, papers such as Décopatch paper are suitable; apply them in pieces on the curved surfaces so that no creases form. Finally, you can stick on rhinestones.
