Rayher Seed Beads Ø 3 mm, Matt – Small Beads for Threading and Embroidery

Rayher's matt seed beads are small beads, 3 mm in diameter, for bead animals, friendship bracelets and jewellery. The tin contains 17 g. Choose your colour from the options.

The matt surface does not shine but looks calm and soft. At 3 mm, the beads are slightly larger than very fine seed beads, so they are easier to pick up and thread.

Working with the seed beads

For friendship bracelets and jewellery, thread the beads onto thread or perle cotton. Before you start, check that the needle and thread pass easily through the bead hole, otherwise they can easily snag or get stuck when threading. For bead animals, work row by row following a pattern and count out the beads of each colour beforehand. Pour only the amount you need into a shallow dish. Close the tin again afterwards so that the beads do not get lost.
