Royal Talens Sketch Book 13 × 21 cm, hardback, 140 gsm, 80 sheets

Royal Talens Sketch Book 13 × 21 cm – hardback sketchbook with elastic closure

The Royal Talens Sketch Book in 13 × 21 cm format is a sketchbook for drawings, studies and ideas you want to capture on the go. It has 80 natural white sheets in a hardback cover, held shut by an elastic band. The firm cover gives you a surface to draw on even without a table, for example on your lap or standing up.

The paper is 140 g/m² and acid-free. That makes sense for drawings you want to keep for a long time. Choose the cover colour from the options.

Which techniques and which size?

At 140 g/m², the paper suits pencil, coloured pencil, fineliner and similar dry techniques. For ink, marker pens or watercolour, it is best to test the effect first on a page at the back of the book before using it for an important drawing. The 13 × 21 cm format fits in many bags and gives you more space than the smaller version in the series, which measures 9 × 14 cm. The natural white tone looks softer than pure white.
