URSUS Translucent Origami Paper 115 gsm, 15 × 15 cm, 100 Sheets

URSUS translucent origami paper – 100 sheets in 10 colours

URSUS origami folding paper comes as square sheets of translucent paper measuring 15 × 15 cm. You get 100 sheets at 115 g/m², in 10 assorted colours. The paper is dyed through and made for origami, for example animals, flowers or geometric shapes.

As the pack contains an assorted mix, you can fold several models in different colours without having to buy individual colours separately.

Folding tips

The square format is the starting point for most classic origami models. Place the sheet in front of you on a smooth surface and run your fingernail along each fold so the edges come out crisp. Fold edge to edge exactly, as small inaccuracies add up over several folding steps.

Which paper suits your model?

At 115 g/m², this paper is considerably heavier than the URSUS transparent white folding paper at 42 g/m² in 14 × 14 cm. The higher the weight, the stiffer the sheet and the thicker the areas that are folded several times. For simple models with few folds this is not a problem. For very intricate figures with many layers, choose a lighter paper.
