The Eberhard Faber COLORi triple sharpener is a plastic canister sharpener with three openings for pencils and colouring pencils from 8 to 16 mm in diameter. You can sharpen standard pencils for fine lines as well as jumbo and extra-thick pencils for colouring larger areas, without changing sharpener.

The metal sharpening insert sits in a container that catches the shavings. This keeps your work area clean at school, in the hobby room or in the studio. The sharpener suits round, triangular and hexagonal pencils.

How to sharpen properly

Choose the opening your pencil fits into without wobbling. Insert it without pressing hard and turn it evenly as you do so. Heavy pressure makes the lead break more easily, especially with soft colouring pencils. Empty the shavings container regularly so that nothing builds up and the sharpener keeps working cleanly.
