Faber-Castell Ballpoint Pen Refill XB, Large-Capacity

Faber-Castell Large-Capacity Ballpoint Refill XB – Smooth Writing

The Faber-Castell ballpoint refill XB is a replacement cartridge that lets you keep using ballpoint pens once they have run dry. This standard large-capacity refill has a steel tip and writes particularly easily and smoothly. It is suitable for carbon copies, so you can also make duplicates.

The ink is document-proof and lightfast. That matters if signatures, notes or forms are to stay legible for a long time. The XB line width gives a broad line that looks fluid and rich. Choose your colour from the options.

Will the refill fit your pen?

Large-capacity refills come in different designs. Before buying, compare the length and tip of your empty refill with the new one. This refill fits the Faber-Castell Design series, except TWICE and TRIO. For pens from other manufacturers, comparing it with the old refill is the safest check.

Changing the refill

Unscrew the pen at the designated point, take out the empty refill and insert the new one facing the same way. Reassemble the pen and do a short writing test on paper until the ink flows evenly.
