Prym 1530 bamboo straight knitting needles – lightweight with a smooth surface

The Prym 1530 bamboo straight knitting needles are 33 cm long and suit jumpers, cardigans, waistcoats, scarves and blankets. You receive one pair. Each needle has a point at one end and a bamboo knob at the other, which stops your knitting from slipping off.

Bamboo is very light, so your hands tire less quickly, even on longer projects. The surface is smooth and even, so stitches glide easily and do not catch. The point tapers neatly and makes it easier to insert the needle.

Which needle size and length?

Choose the needle size from the options. Follow the size given in your pattern or on the ball band of your yarn. At 33 cm long, the needles suit work with a manageable number of stitches, such as scarves, waistcoats or pieces of jumpers and cardigans. For very wide blankets or large stitch counts, a circular needle is usually more comfortable, as the weight of the knitting is spread better.

While knitting
