HEXAGON Pine Wood Pen Holder – Hexagonal Wooden Blank to Decorate

The HEXAGON pen holder is a hexagonal wooden pot made of natural pine, ready to paint, cover with paper or varnish. You decorate it to your own taste and then use it for pens, brushes and small items on your desk or studio table.

With a diameter of 67 mm and a height of 98 mm, it also fits on a small work surface. Decorated by you, it also makes a personal gift.

Decorating the pen holder

The wood is untreated and absorbs paint. Sand the surface lightly and remove the dust before you start. For opaque colours, apply acrylic paint in two thin coats, letting each coat dry completely. To cover it with paper, use a craft glue applied thinly. To protect the finished surface, you can then coat the pot with varnish.

Uses

As storage for pens, brushes and small tools, the pot keeps your work area tidy. As each side of the hexagon can be decorated separately, patterns, colour gradients or a different motif on each side are possible.
