Plastic Dome on Wooden Base, 125 mm High, 80 mm Ø

Plastic Dome on Wooden Base – Dust Cover for Small Miniature Landscapes

The plastic dome (clear cover) on a wooden base protects small miniature landscapes from dust. The clear dome is removable, so you can reach your scene at any time, and with the dome in place it can be seen from all sides. It is 125 mm high and the base has a diameter of 80 mm.

The size suits small scenes, such as a mini landscape or a single diorama. Before you start building, compare the dimensions of your scene with the height and base diameter, so that everything fits under the dome.

Designing with lighting

The underside of the wooden base has a cavity with a diameter of 3.5 cm. You can place a battery-operated string of lights there, so that your miniature landscape is lit. The string of lights is not included. Place the scene on the base before you put the dome on, and check that nothing touches the plastic or shifts when you put the dome on.
