Cernit silicone mould for square cabochons – flexible mould for polymer clay

The Cernit silicone mould for square cabochons is made of extra flexible silicone and lets you shape square cabochons from polymer clay. The soft material gives detailed impressions and the clay comes out easily. Use the cabochons for jewellery, card making and scrapbooking, table decorations or home decor.

The mould is washable, reusable and oven-safe up to max. 200 °C. This means you can put it in the oven together with the modelling clay.

Working with the mould

Press the soft modelling clay evenly into the cavities and smooth off any excess clay with your finger or a flat edge. This keeps the cabochons flat and the edges clean. Bake according to the instructions for your clay; the mould withstands up to max. 200 °C. Remove the cabochons from the mould after baking and cooling, so that they do not warp.

• Cleaning: wash with soapy water
• Storage: flat in a sealed bag
• Do not use pointed tools such as needles, as they damage the silicone
