Rayher seed beads 2.6 mm with a waxed finish are small glass beads with a hole through the centre. You can thread, weave, embroider or crochet fine jewellery with them and decorate accessories and clothing. With a diameter of 2.6 mm, they are particularly well suited to delicate work. According to Rayher, the beads have 12 coats of lacquer. The lacquer is lightfast, abrasion-resistant, sweat-resistant and resistant to perfume. That matters for jewellery worn on the skin every day. The surface has a soft matt sheen. The beads come in a tin containing 7 g.
