You can use the SUKI upholstery nails in a silver finish to fix upholstery covers and decorate furniture. The pack contains 55 nails measuring 9 × 13 mm, made of nickel-plated iron.

Upholstery nails have a long tradition in furniture making. You can set them close together for a continuous decorative edge or space them out a little for a more relaxed look. The nickel coating gives the nails their silver look and suits light and dark covers alike.

How to fit upholstery nails

Mark the nail spacing beforehand with a pencil and ruler so that the row is even. Hold each nail upright and drive it in with controlled, not too forceful blows until the head rests on the cover. Blows that are too hard can scratch the head or bend the nail; a test nail in an inconspicuous spot shows you how far the base gives way. On wooden frames, space the nails slightly apart so the wood does not split.

Which size to choose

The nails in this pack measure 9 × 13 mm. SUKI also offers the same style with 10 mm (45 pieces) and 11 mm (30 pieces) if you would like larger heads. With 55 pieces in the pack, the 9 mm version gives you the most nails for longer decorative rows.
