Städter Paper Confectionery Cases in Assorted Colours – Cases for Pralines

The Städter paper confectionery cases are cases for homemade pralines and confectionery. They are made of greaseproof paper and come in assorted colours. The pack contains 100 pieces.

According to Städter, they fit the Städter hollow praline shells. Thanks to the greaseproof paper, fat from chocolate or filling does not soak through as quickly.

Using the cases

Place the cases on a board or tray and add the filling or pralines. The base measures 2.4 cm and the opening 3.4 cm. Measure your pralines beforehand so that they fit neatly into the case. The paper is greaseproof and withstands temperatures of up to max. 220 °C. Dispose of the cases after use, as they are for single use only.

Assorted colours or brown?

This version comes in assorted colours and adds colour to a plate of pralines. Städter also offers the same cases in brown. The size is the same for both, so you can mix the two colours.
