The Städter paper cases for confectionery in brown are cases for homemade chocolates and confectionery. The paper is greaseproof and the cases are intended for single use. You get 100 pieces, enough for several batches of chocolates.

According to the manufacturer, the cases fit the Städter chocolate shells. With Ø 2.4 cm at the base, Ø 3.4 cm at the opening and a height of 1.8 cm, they are small and made for chocolates and confectionery, not for large muffins. The neutral brown goes well with chocolate and nougat and does not distract from the confectionery.

Using the confectionery cases

Place the finished chocolates or confectionery in the case as soon as the mixture is firm enough to hold its shape. The greaseproof paper stops fat from chocolate, nougat or marzipan seeping through and leaving stains. The cases are intended for single use, so use a fresh case for each chocolate.

Brown or multicoloured?
