3D sitting bear silicone mould for plaster, concrete and AC730 casting compound

With this mould made of very soft silicone, you can cast a three-dimensional sitting bear in plaster, concrete or the water-resistant AC730 casting compound. The mould is very finely detailed, so the details of the design show up in the cast.

The soft silicone bends easily. This means you can usually release the hardened bear from the mould without force, even though it has curves and protrusions.

Casting the bear

Mix plaster, concrete or AC730 casting compound according to the instructions on its packaging and pour the mixture slowly into the mould. Then tap the mould gently on the work surface so that air bubbles rise to the top and the fine details are reproduced cleanly. Let the cast harden completely before demoulding it. Then peel the mould carefully away from the bear instead of pushing the bear out.

Good to know

The mould is intended for plaster, concrete and AC730 casting compound. Once you have cast plaster or concrete in a mould, do not use it for food afterwards. Depending on the casting material, you can paint the finished bear or display it as a decoration.
