Gold-Coloured Key Rings 26 mm – Hardened and Offset, Pack of 100

These standard key rings have an outer diameter of 26 mm and are gold-coloured, brass-plated, hardened and offset. You can use them for keyrings, for attaching bag charms and charms, or as a connecting link in craft projects. The bag holds 100 pieces, enough for batches, gifts or items for sale.

The rings have an inner diameter of 22 mm and a wire thickness of approx. 2.1 mm. These measurements help with planning: a charm, ribbon or leather strip has to fit through the opening of the ring. The hardening makes the ring less likely to bend out of shape when you open it.

Attaching charms to a key ring

Prise the ends of the ring apart slightly with your fingernail or a key ring opener. Slide the loop of your charm or ribbon onto the tip and turn it all the way around the ring along the coil until it sits in the closed part. The offset at the end of the ring makes it easier to open because the tip does not catch.

With an outer diameter of 26 mm, the ring is larger than a mini ring for charms and has room for several keys or wider ribbons.
