Clover Small Point Protectors – keep stitches safely on the needle

The Clover small point protectors (art. no. 333/S) are protective caps for knitting needles: you slide them onto the needle tips so that no stitches slip off when you put your knitting aside or take it with you. They fit knitting needles from 2 to 4.5 mm. There are 4 in the pack.

The stoppers are made of elastic silicone rubber. This means they sit firmly on the tip, yet are still easy to put on and take off.

Using the point protectors

Push the stitches back to just short of the needle tip and slide the stopper onto the tip until it sits firmly. On circular needles, protect both ends so that the stitches stay on the needle during breaks or in your project bag. Before you carry on knitting, simply pull the stoppers off again. The small size is intended for needles from 2 to 4.5 mm. On thicker or thinner needles the stopper will not sit securely, so check the needle size first.
