The Prym Jeans Repair Kit (art. no. 929190) is a repair set for mending holes and worn areas in jeans. It contains 5 patches in dark blue and light blue, sewing thread in blue and ochre, a pin cushion, pins, sewing needles and a needle threader. You will need hardly any other materials.

You can iron the patches on or sew them on. As everything for both methods is included, you can choose according to the damage and how much wear the area gets. This extends the life of your jeans instead of throwing them away.

Repairing with the kit

For the coated patches, place the coated side on the fabric and iron it on with a standard iron. On areas that take a lot of wear, such as the knee or crotch, the repair lasts better if you also sew the patch on. The sew-on patch is intended to be attached by hand with needle and thread. If you use a sewing machine, zigzag or overlock stitch works well because it secures the edges of the patch.

Which colour for what?

The dark blue and light blue patches help you match the shade of your jeans as closely as possible. The blue and ochre thread suit the fabric and the typical seams on jeans.
