Clover Stitch Markers XS – Triangular, for Fine Knitting Needles

Clover triangular stitch markers (art. no. 3148) mark the beginning of the round, pattern repeats or increases and decreases when knitting. The pack contains 24 markers in two colours: 12 blue and 12 pink. Size XS is intended for knitting needles from 2.0 to 3.5 mm.

The triangular shape has a practical purpose: when you pass the marker from one needle to the other, the needle tips slip easily into it, so it is quick to move across. According to the manufacturer, the material is polyacetal.

Using the markers

Place the marker on the needle where you want it. When you reach it while knitting, lift it from the left needle to the right needle. Thanks to the triangular shape, you simply slide the needle tip into the marker.

• Beginning of the round: one marker in its own colour, for example pink
• Pattern repeat: the second colour, for example blue, separates the repeats from one another
• Increases and decreases: markers show you where the next increase or decrease comes

Is XS right for your needles?

Size XS is designed for thin needles from 2.0 to 3.5 mm, as commonly used for socks and finer yarns. For thicker needles you need a larger marker size, so that the marker slides freely along.
