Clover Ball Tip Adapter – Interchangeable Tip for Dolls, Flowers and 3D Shapes

The Clover ball tip adapter (art. no. 9104) is an interchangeable tip for the Clover Mini Iron II. With the rounded tip, you can press three-dimensional shapes such as dolls and flowers, paper crafts or hard-to-reach areas that are awkward to get at with the standard tip.

The tip is sold separately; the iron is not included. It fits the Mini Iron II, which is designed for quilting, sewing and handicrafts.

Changing and using the tip

First let the iron cool down completely. Then undo the screw, remove the fitted tip, insert the ball tip and tighten the screw again. The rounded tip suits curved parts such as petals or doll limbs, which you cannot get smooth with a flat soleplate. Work over several layers of cloth so that the shape is pressed in cleanly and the surface underneath stays protected.
