Prym Junior Tape Measure 150 cm – Flexible Tape Measure with Metal Ends

The Prym Junior tape measure (art. no. 282101) is a 150 cm tape measure with a centimetre scale for sewing, tailoring and crafting. You can use it to take body measurements and to measure lengths of fabric, pattern pieces and cut-out pieces.

The tape is made of poly-fibre fabric and has metal tips at both ends. The metal ends protect the tape from fraying and wear. At 150 cm long, it is long enough for bust, waist and hip measurements without having to reposition it.

Measuring accurately

Lay the tape measure flat and without tension so that stretching does not distort the measurement. For body measurements, measure over thin clothing and keep the tape horizontal, for example at the waist and hips. For curves such as a neckline or armhole, turn the tape on its edge so that it follows the curve and you can read the length more accurately.
