Rico Design Origami Paper Cherry Blossoms, 15 × 15 cm, 50 Sheets

Rico Design Cherry Blossom Origami Paper – 50 Sheets in 10 Designs

Rico Design Cherry Blossoms origami paper comes as square sheets measuring 15 × 15 cm, for folding animals, flowers or geometric figures. The set contains 50 sheets in 10 designs, 5 sheets per design, in assorted colours.

Origami is the Japanese art of paper folding. You usually start from a square and fold it into two- or three-dimensional objects. At 70 g/m², the paper is light enough to take clean folds. As each design comes five times, you can fold the same model several times, for example for a garland or table decoration.

Folding your first model

Start with a simple model such as a boat, tulip or crane before moving on to more complex figures. Lay the sheet on a flat surface and run your fingernail along each fold to make it crisp. Fold edge to edge exactly, as even small deviations add up over several folding steps. The 15 × 15 cm size is easy to handle for small to medium figures.
