Faber-Castell Perfection 7058 B eraser pencil with brush

Faber-Castell Perfection 7058 B – eraser pencil with white lead and brush

The Faber-Castell Perfection 7058 B eraser pencil (art. no. 185800) removes ink, drawing ink and ballpoint with precision. The white eraser lead is hard and sharpened at one end, so you can work on individual lines, letters or details without touching the surrounding area. According to Faber-Castell, the lead is made from a balanced plastic blend for soft, smear-free erasing and is manufactured PVC-free.

There is a brush at the end of the pencil. Use it to remove the eraser crumbs without wiping your hand across the sheet and smearing ink or drawing ink. The eraser is wood-cased and, at 175 mm long, is a handy pencil for the drawing board and the desk.

Erasing with precision

The hard lead erases ink, drawing ink and ballpoint because it lifts the colour out of the paper surface. Erase with light pressure and short strokes, ideally on heavy paper. Rubbing too hard roughens thin paper, and new ink can then take unevenly. Brush the eraser crumbs off the sheet before you write or draw over the area again.
