Artemio hanging wooden sign, approx. 21 × 11 cm

Artemio hanging wooden sign – blank to paint and decorate

The Artemio wooden sign is a rectangular wooden blank to paint, decorate and hang, for example as a door sign or wall decoration. At approx. 21 × 11 cm, it offers enough space for a short inscription or a small motif. The cotton cord for hanging is already attached, so you can get started straight away.

The sign is suitable for paint and ink, but also for felt, paper or plastic or wooden embellishments. You can also work on it with a pyrography pen.

Decorating the wooden sign

Sketch the lettering or motif on the wood in pencil first, before you use paint or the pyrography pen. When burning, work calmly and at an even pace so that the lines do not vary in darkness. Test the effect beforehand on a spot on the back. If you want to keep the cord clean, cover it with masking tape while painting.
