Efco 40 mm beech wooden cube – sharp corners, for painting, gluing and engraving

The Efco wooden cube is made of natural beech wood and measures 40 × 40 × 40 mm. It is planed and cut, with sharp, not rounded, corners. You can paint it, glue things onto it or engrave it, and use it for craft projects, for making your own games or for educational ideas.

The cubes are also available in the series in 30 and 50 mm. For games in which several cubes need to fit together, it is best to stick to one size.

Working with the wooden cube

Untreated wood absorbs paint to varying degrees. It is therefore best to apply acrylic paint in two thin coats and let each coat dry. If the corners are too sharp for your project, lightly break them with fine sandpaper. For gluing on paper or napkins, for example, a craft glue for wood is suitable.
