HSL Seat Frame for the Profi T-45 – Height-Adjustable Wooden Seat, Tiltable

The HSL seat frame is made for the HSL Profi T-45 electric pottery wheel. The frame, made of powder-coated square steel tubing, stands firmly. The wooden seat is infinitely height-adjustable via a gas spring and its tilt can be adjusted too. This lets you set the seating position to suit your height and way of working.

The distance from the centre of the seat to the centre of the wheel is 30 to 55 cm. At approx. 20 kg, the frame stays steady even when you centre the clay with force. The powder-coated frame is easy to clean, which helps with clay dust and splashes in everyday potting.

Adjusting the seat

First set the seat height with the gas spring so that you can look comfortably down at the wheel and rest your arms loosely when centring and pulling up. Then adjust the tilt of the seat. The distance to the wheel (30–55 cm) depends on your height and arm length.

Stable footing

The four plastic feet have adjusting screws. Use them to compensate for small unevenness in the floor and level the frame so that it does not wobble. For this, place the frame on a surface that is as level as possible.
