Pentart Fineline Applicator – precise fine lines and outlines

The Pentart Fineline applicator holds 20 ml and has a stainless steel nozzle. You fill it yourself with a liquid medium and apply it in a controlled way for fine lines, outlines and lettering. It is suitable for acrylic paints, inks, silk painting outliner and water-based liquid glues.

The nozzle comes in two sizes, which you choose from the options. The thinner the nozzle, the finer the line. A thicker nozzle releases more material and suits bolder strokes.

Working with the applicator

Fill the applicator with the medium and fit the nozzle. Squeeze the bottle gently and guide the tip over the surface at a steady pace. Thin paint only enough for it to flow well from the tip: paint that is too thin runs out and makes a clean line harder. Do a test stroke on paper first to see how much material the nozzle releases.

Cleaning and storage

Rinse the nozzle under warm running water after each use so that no residue dries on and the fine opening stays clear. This keeps the applicator reusable and lets you change the paint for your next project.
