Efco MosaixPro Glass Mosaic Tiles 20 x 20 mm – Glass Tiles for Gluing

MosaixPro mosaic tiles from Efco are square glass tiles measuring 20 × 20 mm, for mosaic pictures, decorative items and surfaces that you glue down and grout. One pack contains 200 g, which is approx. 63 tiles. The tiles are approx. 4 mm thick, with a smooth top and a ridged underside. The ridges give the adhesive a better grip. Choose your colour from the options. It may differ slightly from the picture.

At 20 × 20 mm, the tiles cover larger areas more quickly than small sizes. For fine details or tight curves, the MosaixPro glass tiles are also available in 10 × 10 mm.

Working with the glass tiles

First lay the tiles out dry to plan the pattern and spacing. Then glue them down one by one with an adhesive suitable for glass and for your surface. The ridged underside faces the surface. Leave even gaps between the tiles. Once the adhesive has dried, spread the grout, carefully wipe the glass surfaces clean and polish them once the grout has set. If tiles need to be fitted at edges or curves, cut them with mosaic nippers. Wear safety goggles while doing so, as glass splinters can fly off.

Which size should you choose?

The 20 × 20 mm tiles suit table tops, pictures, plant pots and other surfaces that you want to finish quickly. For intricate designs and small objects, the 10 × 10 mm tiles in the series are the better choice.
