Efco white cushion cover 40 x 40 cm, 100 % cotton, for painting

Efco white cushion cover, 40 × 40 cm – cotton cover for painting

The Efco white cushion cover is made of 100 % cotton and measures 40 × 40 cm. You decorate it yourself, for example with fabric paints or textile pens. A plain cover becomes a one-off piece for the sofa, a child's room or as a gift.

The white surface lets colours and designs stand out clearly. The cover is supplied without filling, so you will also need a suitable 40 × 40 cm cushion or cushion pad.

Decorating the cushion cover

Before painting, place a piece of card or plastic sheet inside the cover so that the paint does not bleed through to the back. Sketch your design lightly in pencil and apply the paint in thin layers: too much paint at once will run on the fabric. Let the design dry completely and fix the paint as specified by the manufacturer of your fabric paint or textile pens. If you are trying a technique for the first time, test it on a scrap of cotton fabric first.
