Städter MINI Flower Cookie Cutter – small flowers from dough, fondant and modelling clay

With the Städter MINI flower cookie cutter you cut out small flowers 15 mm in diameter from dough, fondant, marzipan, fruit or vegetables. The cutter is made of rustproof stainless steel with a shiny finish. According to Städter, it is food-safe and dishwasher safe.

The small flower works well as a decoration for biscuits, cakes and cupcakes. You can also use it for crafting and modelling, for example with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cutting out small flowers

Roll out the dough or fondant evenly. Dust the cutter lightly with flour (cornflour for fondant) and press it straight down without twisting. This keeps the petals clean and stops them sticking in the cutter. With small cutters like this one, it pays to cut the flowers close together so that little is left over. Work in the same way with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO.

Cleaning and note

After use you can wash the cutter by hand or put it in the dishwasher. If you have used it for crafting with modelling clay, salt dough or FIMO, do not use it for food afterwards.
