Wooden Bead Mix, Lentil Shape, 10 mm Ø, 33 Pieces, Pink

Wooden Bead Mix in Lentil Shape, Pink – 33 Lentil Beads for Dummy Chains and Jewellery

The lentil-shaped wooden bead mix contains 33 wooden beads, each 10 mm in diameter, in a pink colour mix. The beads are particularly suited to dummy chains, but can also be used for jewellery and other craft projects. With 33 beads per pack, you can easily estimate the quantity needed for one chain.

The wood is FSC-certified. The Forest Stewardship Council® label stands for an international certification system for more sustainable forestry. The mix is also available as a yellow mix and in blue, if you would like to combine colours.

Working with the lentil beads

Before you start, check that your ribbon or thread passes easily through the hole in the bead. Dummy chains have their own standard (DIN EN 12586), which you should bear in mind when choosing materials and making the chain. Tie small knots between the beads: that way, if the cord breaks, the whole chain will not fall apart. The flat lentil shape stands out best when you thread it alternately with round beads.
