Prym Hobby sewing scissors 21 cm – for hobby sewing and fine handicrafts

The Prym Hobby sewing scissors (art. no. 610523) are medium-sized scissors, 21 cm long, for occasional sewing jobs, such as shortening curtains or cutting costume fabric. The narrow point lets you cut cleanly on fine handicrafts too. The stainless steel blades allow cutting accurate to the millimetre.

The plastic handles have a bi-colour look, and the scissors are red.

Handle and cut

The soft rings in the plastic handle and the larger finger hole give better power transmission. As a result, your hand tires less quickly when cutting, even over longer periods. The asymmetric shape of the scissors stops the fabric from being lifted or shifted as you cut. This helps you especially with straight cuts along a marking.

Tips for use

The 21 cm scissors are intended for occasional sewing jobs, for example curtains, costumes and smaller projects. It is best to cut only fabric with them: paper, card or film will blunt the blades more quickly.
