Prym Self-Adhesive Hook and Loop Tape 20 mm, Grey

Prym Self-Adhesive Hook and Loop Tape in Grey – for Smooth Surfaces

Prym's self-adhesive hook and loop tape in grey consists of a hook tape and a loop tape, so you can fasten things to hard, smooth surfaces and detach them again. The tape is 20 mm wide and made of 100% polyamide. According to Prym, it can be opened and closed 1,000 times without the material wearing out.

The self-adhesive version is the right choice for surfaces such as plastic, metal or glass. If the tape is for fabric or textiles, use the Prym sew-on version instead, as it holds better there.

Sticking the tape on

The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, otherwise the tape will come off sooner. Cut the hook tape and loop tape to the length you need, peel off the protective film and press the tape down firmly. Stick the two parts opposite each other so that they meet exactly when closed. At corners, round off the tape slightly with scissors beforehand so that the edge holds better.

Washing and cleaning

According to Prym, the tape can be washed and cleaned without losing its grip. Close it before washing so that the hooks do not catch on other textiles.
