The Prym Jeans Sewing Kit is a compact sewing box for on the go. With thread, needles, buttons, press studs and scissors, you can quickly mend loose buttons, split seams or small tears yourself, on holiday, while travelling or at home. The denim-look box has an orange zip as a colour contrast and measures 110 × 120 × 35 mm, so it fits easily into luggage or a handbag.

Inside you will find everything needed for a quick repair. The 8 thread colours cover the most common fabrics. The needle threader helps you hit even fine needle eyes with ease.

Using the kit for a repair

First use the seam ripper to unpick the damaged area and pin the fabric in place. Choose a thread that is as close as possible to the colour of the fabric or seam, and thread the needle with the needle threader. When sewing on buttons and press studs, pass the needle through each hole several times and secure the thread at the end with a few stitches. With the thimble on your middle finger, you can push the needle through dense fabrics such as denim more easily.
