Madeira Super Strong – cut-away embroidery stabiliser for large designs

Madeira Super Strong is a white cut-away embroidery stabiliser for computer-controlled machine embroidery. It supports the embroidery and stops the fabric from distorting as you stitch.

The stabiliser is intended for designs with a high stitch count and stitch density, for motifs with lots of detail, and for badges and company logos. With dense designs, lettering and outlines stay clean. It is soft and easy to work with. The roll measures 30 cm × 5 m and comes in a storage tube with a click-on closure.

How to use the stabiliser

Super Strong is a cut-away stabiliser: it stays under the embroidery after stitching and supports it permanently. You only remove the excess.

• Cut a piece to the length you need from the roll.
• Place it under the fabric and hoop both together in the embroidery hoop.
• Stitch your design.
• Cut away the excess stabiliser outside the embroidery, holding the stabiliser rather than the fabric.

When to choose Super Strong

Use this stabiliser when your design has a lot of stitches or a dense structure, for example large-area embroidery, logos with lettering or badges. For small items such as collars or caps, fix the stabiliser in place with a little spray adhesive.
