Gütermann rPET Sew-All Thread Set – 10 Pastel Colours in Recycled Polyester

The Gütermann rPET sew-all thread set (Assortment 2) contains 10 reels of 100 m each in coordinated pastel colours. You can use it for machine sewing as well as hand sewing. The thread is made of 100% recycled polyester produced from used PET bottles.

The set gives you several light shades in one go, so you don't have to collect them one by one. With 100 m per reel, it is easy to plan the quantity for smaller sewing projects.

What the set is used for

According to Gütermann, the thread is suitable for joining seams, topstitching, decorative stitches and decorative seams, and can be used on all fabrics, woven materials and many other materials. The light pastel shades suit baby and children's clothing, summer fabrics or seams that should blend discreetly into the fabric.

Sewing tips

Use a universal needle in NM 70–90 and match the size to your fabric: finer needles for thin fabrics, thicker ones for denser weaves. Before starting the actual project, sew a short test seam on an offcut so that you can set the stitch length and thread tension.

Choosing the right set

Assortment 2 is the selection in pastel colours. Other sets in the rPET range also contain 10 reels, but in different colour combinations. Choose according to the colour palette you need for your projects.
