Rayher Plain Scrapbook Album, 20.5 × 20.5 cm, Kraft Paper

Rayher Plain Scrapbook Album – 40 Sheets of Kraft Paper to Decorate

The Plain scrapbook album from Rayher is a square album with 40 blank kraft paper sheets for photos, memories and your own designs. It measures 20.5 × 20.5 cm and is spiral bound. The paper weighs 230 g/m², so it is sturdier than ordinary writing or printer paper.

According to Rayher, the album is acid- and lignin-free. That matters if you want to keep photos and keepsakes for a long time, because the paper will not yellow.

What you can use the album for

The blank pages can be designed however you like. You can stick in photos, collect tickets and cards, write text or create collages. This makes it suitable for memory books, for example for a trip or a celebration, and for scrapbooking projects. It also works as an ideas book for art projects. The brown kraft paper gives the album a natural look that shows off light-coloured photos, papers and stamp motifs well.

Designing the pages

Plan the layout before sticking anything down: first lay photos and decorations loosely on the page and move them around until the arrangement works. Apply liquid glue sparingly, otherwise the paper may wrinkle. Adhesive dots or photo corners suit photos that you may want to remove later. If you are adding a lot of material, leave some pages empty so the pages are easy to turn.
