The LAMY 2000 blackwood ballpoint pen is a retractable ballpoint with a grenadilla wood body and metal fittings in a palladium finish, made for everyday use at the office, at university and on the go.

Model 203 was designed by Gerd A. Müller. The LAMY 2000 series has been around since 1966 and is still regarded as a design classic.

What defines the LAMY 2000 blackwood

At 12 × 12 × 140 mm and 32 g, the body is slim and well balanced, so the pen sits steadily in the hand even when you are taking longer notes. The spring-loaded stainless steel clip holds it securely on a notebook, jacket pocket or exercise book. Grenadilla wood is a natural material: colour and grain can vary slightly from pen to pen.

Refill and replacement

The pen comes fitted with a black LAMY M 16 large-capacity refill with a medium (M) line width. When it runs out, buy a replacement refill marked M 16 and change only the refill, so you keep the pen.
