POSCA PC-5M acrylic paint markers, set of 8, 1.8–2.5 mm bullet tip

POSCA PC-5M set of 8 – opaque acrylic paint markers with bullet tip

The POSCA PC-5M set of 8 contains eight water-based acrylic paint markers with a bullet tip (Ø 1.8–2.5 mm) for lettering, painting, drawing and decorating. The colour is opaque, matt and lightfast. You can use them on glass, wood, metal, ceramics, fabric and plastic. The colour does not bleed through paper.

The medium line width of 1.8–2.5 mm suits lines, lettering and small areas. The bullet tip can be turned over and replaced. The pens are also available individually if you want to replace a colour.

Working with the markers

Before first use, shake each marker with the cap closed and press the tip down on a surface until the colour reaches the tip. Apply the colour slowly and let it dry before adding a second colour on top. This gives better coverage and prevents smudging.

Which surfaces does it stay on?

On porous surfaces such as paper, wood, stone or fabric, the colour is permanent. On smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, ceramics or plastic, it can be wiped off again. This is useful for lettering that is meant to be removed later. It is less suitable there for items that are handled or cleaned often.

Choosing a set

This set comes with eight colours. Bright neon colours are available separately in the POSCA PC-5M Neon set of 4. If you need to replace a single colour, buy the pen individually.
