Fitting the eyelets

The 8 mm eyelets can be fitted with the VARIO Creative Tool, the VARIO pliers, the tripod or with a hammer. Push the eyelet through the prepared hole in the fabric, place the washer on the back and press the two together with the tool. A firm fit is important: according to Prym, the eyelets should be fitted so firmly that they no longer turn. Otherwise the eyelet can come loose when the fabric is pulled taut, for example when lacing.

Which size?

With 8 mm, you can also thread thicker cords or ribbons through. The range is also available in 4 mm, 5 mm and 14 mm, in case you need finer or larger openings.
