Prym Eyelets with Washers Ø 5 mm – No-Sew Fixing, Tool Included

Prym eyelets with washers (art. no. 542410) reinforce holes in fabric and craft materials without any sewing. You can use them for lacing, clothing, home décor or craft projects. The pack contains 40 eyelets with washers, Ø 5 mm, silver colour, in rustproof brass. The matching tool is included, so all you need in addition to fit them is a hammer.

With 40 pieces you have enough for several lacings or a larger project. Larger quantities are available as a refill pack.

Fitting the eyelets

Work on a firm surface. The hole in the material should suit the eyelet; with loosely woven fabrics, reinforcement on the back helps.

• Push the eyelet through the hole from the front.
• Place the washer on the barrel at the back.
• Fix in place with the tool supplied and a hammer; alternatively, use the Prym Vario pliers or the tripod.
• The eyelet must sit so firmly that it can no longer be turned. Otherwise it may come loose when the fabric is pulled taut.
