Prym rivets 9 mm in silver colour/antique iron – for reinforcing and decorating

Prym rivets (art. no. 403101) with a diameter of 9 mm are used to reinforce pocket corners on jeans or to decorate textiles. The card contains 24 rivets in silver colour/antique iron. The rivets are made of rustproof brass and can be used on both sides.

The matt, slightly dark antique iron look suits jeans, bags and accessories where the rivet is meant to be a visible detail.

Uses and tools for setting the rivets

On jeans, rivets are placed where the fabric is under particular strain, such as the corners of the pockets. There they hold the seam together and add a visible accent at the same time. As both sides can be used, you can decide for yourself which side ends up on the outside. According to Prym, you can set them with the VARIO Creative Tool, the VARIO pliers or a tripod with a hammer.

Choosing your rivets

The rivets have a diameter of 9 mm. Prym also offers them in antique copper/burnished. If you combine several rivets on one garment, stick to a single colour so that the overall look is consistent.
