Prym sew-on press studs (art. no. 347162) are fasteners made of black, shatterproof plastic for sewing on. They are versatile and can be used on clothing, around the home, for crafts or when camping. Thanks to their low weight, they suit lightweight garments that should not carry a heavy metal fastener.

Each press stud has four holes, through which you sew it on all the way round. This gives a secure hold, even when the fastener is opened and closed often. The bag contains 12 pieces with a diameter of 13 mm.

How to sew on the press studs

Mark the position of the ball part and the socket part so that they sit exactly on top of each other when the fastener is closed. Sew each part on with several stitches through all four holes and knot the thread securely on the back. Choose a thread strong enough for the strain, such as buttonhole twist or several strands of sewing thread.
