Prym Sew-On Press Studs 13 mm – Rustproof Brass Fasteners

Prym sew-on press studs in 13 mm and silver colour are fasteners for clothing, bags and accessories. The pack contains 6 pieces. Each press stud consists of a socket part and a ball part made of rustproof brass.

The lower part has a rolled edge that protects the fabric from damage. Four holes make it easier to sew the stud on evenly and neatly. The press studs are washable up to 60 °C, so you can also use them on clothing that you wash regularly.

Sewing on the press studs

Mark the position of the socket part and the ball part on the two sides of the fabric so that they lie exactly on top of each other when closed. Then sew each part on firmly through all four holes with several stitches and secure the thread at the end with a knot. The more evenly you sew through the holes in turn, the firmer and straighter the press stud will sit.

Which size to choose

The series is also available in other sizes from 7 to 30 mm, as well as in black and transparent. Choose the 13 mm size in silver colour if the fastener should stay discreetly visible.
