Rayher Wood Veneer Mini Houses – House Rows to Stick on Tealight Holders and Cards

The Rayher wood veneer mini houses (art. no. 46754505) are house silhouettes made of natural wood veneer, which you can stick on cards, paper or around a tealight holder. The bag contains 4 house rows in 2 lengths: 2 pieces measuring 10.6 × 3.4 cm and 2 pieces measuring 14 × 3.4 cm. They are connected rows, not single houses.

The veneer is only 1 mm thick, so the rows can easily be curved around a glass and stuck on. They are untreated and can be painted.

Using the house rows

For a tealight holder, first lay the row around the glass without glue and check how far it will bend. Then stick it on bit by bit. The longer 14 cm rows cover more of the circumference, while the shorter ones suit smaller glasses or cards. If you want to paint the houses, apply the paint sparingly and let it dry completely before gluing, as very thin veneer can warp if it gets too damp.

With a candle, keep a distance

Stick the houses on the outside of the glass only, so that the wood is not right next to the flame. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
