Creativ Company wooden acorn to hang, 4 × 3 cm

Wooden acorn to paint and hang – untreated, with string

The Creativ Company wooden acorn is an untreated wooden blank for painting and decorating. It is 4 cm high, 3 cm wide and comes with a string for hanging. Once decorated, you can hang it straight on a twig, a window or the Christmas tree.

As the wood is not varnished, it takes paint directly. Its small size suits pendants, gift decoration or a garland made from several acorns.

Decorating the acorn

Raw wood soaks up paint. Apply the first coat thinly and let it dry before adding a second for stronger colours. If you want to sprinkle on glitter, do so while the paint is still wet. Then let the acorn dry completely before you hang it up.
