Artemio MDF Silhouette Owl, 15 cm, Blank for Painting

Artemio MDF Silhouette Owl – Wooden Blank for Painting and Decorating

The Artemio MDF silhouette owl is a flat MDF wooden blank that you can paint, decorate and cover as you like. The shape is approx. 15 cm tall and suits decorations, cards, gift embellishments and other small craft projects.

As the silhouette is unpainted, you choose the colours and patterns yourself: you can paint it all over, decorate it with patterns or cover it with paper and napkins.

Decorating the owl

MDF absorbs paint and moisture readily. Lightly sand any rough edges if needed and apply the paint in thin layers so that the wood does not swell much. Thinly applied acrylic paint covers well and is easy to work with a brush or sponge. Let each layer dry thoroughly before you paint details or glue on decorative elements.
