Rayher mirror mosaic tiles 10 × 15 mm – sparkling tiles for mosaic projects

Rayher mirror mosaic tiles are small rectangles, mirrored on one side, measuring 10 × 15 mm, for mosaics and decorations. They reflect the light and add shiny accents, for example on picture frames, small boxes, vases or garden decorations. The tub contains approx. 1 kg, which is approx. 1,350 pieces.

According to Rayher, you can use the tiles on concrete, metal, wood, glass, polystyrene and other surfaces. The quantity covers an area of approx. 40 × 48 cm. The back is dark grey and the mirrored side faces upwards.

Using the mirror mosaic tiles

The surface should be clean, dry and free from grease. Apply the mosaic adhesive in small sections and set the tiles with an even gap between them, otherwise the grout lines will look uneven. Once the adhesive has set, spread the grout with the spatula and wipe off any excess with a damp sponge before it hardens. For edges, curves and gaps, you can break the tiles with a hammer or mosaic nippers. Wear safety goggles and gloves, as the broken edges are sharp.

Quantity and accessories

According to Rayher, approx. 1,350 tiles cover about 40 × 48 cm. For larger areas or a lot of cut pieces, it is best to allow for a second tub. Rayher lists grout, mosaic adhesive (frost-resistant), a spatula and a sponge as suitable accessories. The tiles are also available in 10 × 10 mm and 15 × 15 mm, so you can lay patterns using tiles of different sizes.
